Daniel Arroche advises numerous technology companies on their regulatory issues.
Daniel has assisted dozens of entities with their registration as Digital Asset Service Providers (DASPs) in France. He now dedicates a significant portion of his work to preliminary applications for approval as Crypto-Asset Service Providers (CASPs) under the MiCA Regulation. In this context, he addresses issues related to anti-money laundering, drafting of required procedures, and payment services.
More generally, he supports his clients in complying with MiCA Regulation requirements, particularly for certain significant stablecoin issuers.
Since 2017, Daniel has been involved in numerous French public token offerings (ICOs), whether approved by the French Financial Markets Authority or not, including some of the most significant ones in Europe.
He has developed advanced expertise in non-fungible tokens (NFTs), gaming (play-and-earn), metaverse, and gambling by advising leading video game publishers and developers, including issues related to Monetizable Object Digital Games (JONUM).
Daniel also speaks at major corporations and French universities (SciencesPo Paris, Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas, Essec).
A former member of Paris Europlace, where he contributed to work on ICO and DASP regulation, he is now fully engaged with the Association for the Development of Digital Assets (ADAN).
